Melissa joined HCPEA in 2020 and serves as the Executive Director. Prior to HCPEA, she worked at the Darden Business School, the CFA Institute, and Investure, an asset management firm focused on endowments and foundations. Before moving back to Virginia, Melissa worked in HR at Goldman Sachs, then King Street Capital Management in NYC. Melissa received a BA in English from the University of Virginia.

Leslie joined HCPEA in 2019 and serves as a Director. Previously, she worked for Westway Capital, a technology hedge fund in Westport, CT. Prior to that she worked in technology equity research for Merrill Lynch and Salomon Brothers in NYC. Leslie received an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from Boston College.
